FROZEN Spinach & Ricotta Lasagna
Spinach and ricotta are always a winning combination in our household and there are few meals more hearty and satisfying than a lasagne with layers of molten tomato sauce complemented by creamy ricotta, parmesan, and mozzarella filling. Topped with a Pangrattato topping to give this dish a wonderful crunch.
Ingredients
Ricotta, Tomato-Billabong, Onion-Brown, Garlic peeled, Baby spinach, Vegeta, Breadcrumbs, TOPPING, Cream, Parmesan, Parsley, Eggs - 700g, Nutmeg, Black pepper, BASE, SAUCE.
Preparation and storage notes
Keep Frozen. Defrost overnight in the fridge. Open tray lid and microwave on high until steaming hot, allow to sit 2 mins before serving. Refer to our website for more detail on reheating.
