FROZEN 12hr Roasted Persian Lamb Soup with Ancient Grains
Lamb and mint are the perfect matches. We cook our lamb shoulder overnight so the meat just falls apart in your mouth. Add in grains and pulses that soak up all the middle eastern flavours, and it becomes a very filling meal that makes you feel so very comforted. You won't want to share it with anyone.
Ingredients
Stock, Lamb shoulder boneless rolled, Dried mixed pulses, Onion, Baby spinach, Par Boiled White Rice, Coriander, Parsley, Chives, Dried mint, Turmeric-Powder.
Preparation and storage notes
Keep Refrigerated. Tear top of Soup packet. Microwave on High until steaming hot, allow to sit 2 mins before serving. Stovetop, bring to the simmer for 5 mins, allow to stand 2 mins before serving.
