Can not wait to cook this lasagna, packed full of Farmhouse garden thyme, and bay leaf we gently poach the chicken with leek, carrot, and celery, make a beautiful bechamel sauce from the chicken stock, and layer your daily allowance of greens, namely broccoli and baby spinach, topped off with grated mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Small: Approx 250-300g Frozen product. To defrost, place the tray in the fridge overnight. Once defrosted, heat to 80c, and consume within 48 hours. Oven: Pre-heat 160c, remove lid and heat through until piping hot. Microwave: Crack lid and re-heat on high until steaming hot in centre. Let stand 2 mins before serving.

Preparation and storage notes

Microwave for best results on high until hot, allow to sit 2 mins before serving. Oven, pre-heat to 160c, remove tray lid, heat 10 to 20 min until hot. Cover with foil if contents drying out.
