The majority of our meals are made freshly to order. Chef Andy and his team make each meal with care and love. We source our meat and veggies from local producers and try where possible to use Aussie, organic and free range. We do keep some frozen dishes on hand for last-minute orders and we'll make a note of which dishes may be delivered frozen.
Once you have signed up, you will receive an email each week notifying you of a New Menu. This email will include a link to our kitchen page, which is where you will do your ordering. Easy!
All orders over $100 are delivered free of charge. For orders under $100, we charge a small delivery fee depending on your area.

Absolutely. If you’d prefer us to simply turn up with a care package of beautiful meals then you can place an order from our weekly menu and add a note in the comments that it’s a gift, we’ll add a complimentary gift card with your message and deliver on our next delivery run.
Most main dishes will be fresh for at least five days, but most side dishes such as salad and rice will only be fresh for three. All meals come with instruction on best befores and freezing.
We make most dishes freshly to order but there may be occasions where we aren’t able to get a key ingredient in time. In those cases we will substitute with a similar ingredient if possible or we’ll give you a call and let you know what other dishes we have available or what we can make for you.
At Andy's Kitchens we pride ourselves on the freshness, quality, generous portions (and of course deliciousness) of our meals and we genuinely want to delight you with the entire experience, so we offer you a money back guarantee. If you’re unhappy in anyway with your meals or our service we will refund you.
We're not to sure but we hope so and we hope they enjoy eating good food as much as we do ;)
Absolutely! We have made our ordering system NDIS and HCP friendly and given you the ability use your plans in the ordering process. Participants love only paying the 30% upfront. All HCP participants are able to access this function, whilst only NDIS participants on Plan-Managed accounts can access this. If NDIS participants are on Self-Managed accounts, they are required to submit a copy of the approved tax invoice and claim back via the Government’s portal.
