The “cedro” (citron in English) is a large citrus fruit with a thick pith that is used widely in Southern Italy in desserts and cakes. This drink gets its delicious citrus aroma and flavour from an infusion of Calabrian citron from Diamante. It is bright and refreshing with a hint of sweetness and the lingering flavour of the citron fruit.
