Kevin's Cream Cheese & Calamari Squid Ink Tortelli
A very special recipe created by our very special Chef Kevin! A filled tortello, with a slightly different shape that resembles a boat, as in Indonesia it's common to move around with boats rather than using cars. Kevin has been working on combining the ingredients of his special pasta to incorporate the flavour of cream cheese, calamari and squid ink for an extra touch of seafood goodness. Serve with a lemon and chilli butter sauce provided with your serve of tortelli. Enjoy!

Durum semolina, Egg, Egg yolk, Cream, Parsley, Breadcrumbs, Salt, White wine, Lemon, Olive oil, Onion, Garlic, Thyme, Pepper, Calamari, Squid ink, Cream Cheese, Lemon Zest.

Preparation and storage notes

PLEASE STORE IN THE FREEZER & cook from frozen. Place frozen tortelli in a large pot of boiling salted water, bring back to a gentle boil, and cook for 4-6 minutes. Serve with the lemon & chilli butter provided.
