Veal mince, Milk, Pear, Durum semolina, Pancetta, Grana Padano cheese, Breadcrumbs, White wine, Biscuit Crumb, Egg, Egg yolk, Onion, Parsley, Garlic, Sage, Pepper, Salt.
Preparation and storage notes
STORE IN THE FRIDGE OR YOU CAN FREEZE. Cook in gently boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes, and serve with salted burnt butter and sage. Finish with freshly grated parmigiano & fried sage, or even some crispy pancetta.
