Pork Sausage Ragu

Slow-cooked vegetables in a white wine stock are combined with roasted nuggets of pork sausage to create a delicious and comforting ragu. We love this with our Spaghetti alla Chitarra but it's a great accompaniment to any pasta. You could also partner it with polenta, rice or mashed potatoes.

Italian sausage, White wine, Onion, Celery, Leek, Fennel Seed, Salt, Olive oil, Sage, Thyme, Rosemary, Pepper

Preparation and storage notes

Transfer to a saucepan and warm over a medium heat on stovetop. Toss with your choice of cooked pasta. Please note to store in fridge, or transfer to a freezer proof container (DO NOT FREEZE IN GLASS JAR).
