Pumpkin Ravioli
This beautiful filled pasta is a little spicy while a creamy butter sauce tones down the heat, working almost as a glaze. A little spicy, a little sweet, as Davide says, "buonissimo burro di zucca caramellato...perfetto!" We are sure you'll agree. Pasta and sauce included, taking the guess work out of cooking dinner.

Preparation and storage notes
STORE IN THE FRIDGE, OR YOU CAN FREEZE. Cook in gently boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes and strain.
