Ingredients
Egg, Egg yolk, Chilli, Milk, White Wine Vinegar, Cream, Celeriac, Onion, Salt, Comte, Durum semolina, Celeriac Leaves, Olive oil.
Preparation and storage notes
PLEASE STORE IN THE FREEZER. Cook from frozen. Place frozen raviolo in a large pot of boiling salted water, bring back to a gentle boil, and cook for 5-7 minutes. Serve with the creamy comte sauce provided.
