Spaghetti with Prawns & Bisque
Marrying our Italian heritage with the Aussie Christmas; Our spaghetti made with our Monferrina P6 pasta machine, with beautiful prawns, and a prawn bisque. We suggest this as an entree between two people, or a main course for one.
Ingredients
Organic flour type 0, Semolina Gialla, Water, Butter, Moreton Bay Bugs, Basil, Saffron, Salt, Chilli, Garlic, Lobster Shells, Prawn Shells, Apple, Orange Zest, White wine, Onion, Carrot, Cherry Tomato, Tomato paste, Oregano, Thyme, Cinnamon, Parsnip, Olive oil, Bay Leaves.
Preparation and storage notes
Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil and cook the spaghetti for 2-3 mins. Meanwhile, empty the contents of the prawns & bisque into a sauté pan and warm through, then add the strained, cooked spaghetti and toss gently before serving.
