Like a spaghetti, but a little finer and more textural - delicious and perfect for all of our sauces & ragu!

Ingredients
Durum semolina, Remilled Semolina, Water.
Preparation and storage notes
STORE IN THE FRIDGE OR FREEZER. Gently detangle the taglierini with your hands, add to pot of boiling water. Agitate a little with tongs to separate. Cook for 2-3 minutes, strain, add to your choice of sauce.
