Fettucine Ruvide
A long, semi-flat pasta, like fettucine but a little thicker and more textural - hand cut and perfect for all of our delicious sauces.

Gluten, Wheat, Egg.
Ingredients
Durum semolina, Egg, Egg yolk, Flour.
Preparation and storage notes
Bring a pot of salted water to a rolling boil, add fettucine ruvide and cook for 2-3 minutes before straining. Toss with your choice of sauce.
