Tagliatelle
This long, flat egg pasta is all about something simple and classic done as well as we know how. Serve our tagliatelle with our ragu, or a simple napoli.

Ingredients
Durum semolina, Egg, Egg yolk, Flour.
Preparation and storage notes
Bring a pot of salted water to a rolling boil, add tagliatelle and cook for 2-3 minutes before straining. Toss with your choice of sauce.
