Spaghetti is the quintessential Italian pasta. It is long – like a string (hence the name, as spago means string) – round in cross-section and made from durum wheat semolina, but Al Dente Spaghetti is the best Spaghetti!

Durum semolina, Remilled Semolina, Water.

Preparation and storage notes

STORE IN THE FRIDGE OR FREEZER. Gently detangle the spaghetti with your hands, add to pot of boiling water. Agitate a little with tongs to separate. Cook for 2-3 minutes, strain, add to your choice of sauce.
