It would be rude not to! Our menu includes a traditional lasagne with beef and pork ragu (the pork makes it so sweet and soft), and a silky bechamel. Lasagne is such a family favourite - our version is classic with extra layers of love.

Tomato paste, Milk, Beef mince, Pork mince, Durum semolina, Parmigiano, Red wine, Flour, Celery, Onion, Carrot, Egg, Egg yolk, Olive oil, Garlic, Thyme, Sage, Rosemary, Nutmeg, Salt, Pepper.

Preparation and storage notes

Preheat oven to 180°c. Remove lid from lasagne and place in the oven for 45 minutes. Carefully remove from the oven, and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
