This sauce has got you covered on the colder Melbourne nights! Warm yourself up to a plate of our tagliatelle with this rich, nutty, flavourful sauce. You could even enjoy it over the top of some soft buttery polenta and a nice sprinkle of Grana Padano. This sauce is not overly gamey tasting, and is beautiful paired with a glass of bold red wine.
