Venison Ragu
Our Venison Ragu features hearty, wild caught and farmed venison, with aromatic juniper to complement the flavours of the protein. A touch of red wine, plus a little tomato, and herbs makes this wintry ragu a welcomed change to the usual.

Ingredients
Tomato paste, Venison, Onion, Carrot, Celery, White wine, Red wine, Flour, Olive oil, Garlic, Salt, Juniper Berries, Thyme, Rosemary, Sage.
Preparation and storage notes
