Rye Paccheri
Paccheri is a great pasta shape for rich and luscious sauces and ragu. Try with our 'Nduja Sauce and some Yurrita white tuna, with capers on top for a delicious and easy dinner.

Ingredients
Durum semolina, Water, Rye Flour.
Preparation and storage notes
STORE IN THE FRIDGE OR FREEZER. Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil and add the paccheri. Agitate a little with tongs to separate. Cook for 2-4 minutes, strain, add to your choice of sauce.
