Spring Pea & Broadbean Tortellini
We're always excited by immaculate seasonal produce and are so inspired by the colour green (#greenisbello?) in spring! This week's newest filled pasta is light and fresh, and one of our new favourites!

Ingredients
mint, Egg, Egg yolk, Peas, Broadbeans, Onion, Salt, Pepper, Durum semolina, White wine, Water, Olive oil.
Preparation and storage notes
PLEASE STORE IN THE FREEZER & cook from frozen. Place frozen tortellini in a large pot of boiling salted water, bring back to a gentle boil, and cook for 4-6 minutes. Serve with a simple butter sauce and fresh mint.
