Iranian Vegetable Stew Ottolenghi
This is an Ottolenghi Favourite I do. Roasted pumpkin and tomatoes cooked with potatoes, silverbeet, onions, garlic cooked with coriander, tarragon and dill with a hint of cumin seeds and turmeric. Green chillies and a little lime. Perfect with rice or couscous.
