Smoky Bacon Tart with Seasonal Vegetables
A delicious little lunch or dinner treat, creamy egg bake with smoky bacon, artichokes, cauliflower and parmesan topped with caramelised onion and encased in flakey pastry.

Preparation and storage notes
Heat in oven on 150 degrees for 20 min, or serve cold with a crispy coz lettuce salad and bush tomato relish.
