Lemongrass and Turkey Larb
Our Christmas version of this classic thai salad... This punchy flavored salad from Laos is delicious on its own or served with some sticky rice traditionally or our coconut rice . Lemongrass, lemon myrtle , chilli and kaffir lime, and turkey mince bounce around the palette with every mouth full. Serve in crisy lettuce with sticky rice
Ingredients
Red chilli, Mint, Turkey, Turkey mince, Cauliflower, Larb Vegan dressing (Lime juice, Maple syrup, Soy sauce, Sambal oelek, Fish sauce (V)), Vegetable oil, Red onion, Lemongrass, Garlic, Kaffir lime leaves, Lemon myrtle, Coriander, Fish sauce.
Preparation and storage notes
Serve warm or cold in lettuce leaves with sticky rice.
