A hearty ragout loaded with shitake mushrooms, porcini, Swiss brown, saffron and a touch of truffle oil. Serve with our parsnip puree for a heavenly vegan feast.

Field mushrooms, Vegetable stock, Truffle oil, Tinned tomato, Pearl barley, Shitake mushrooms, Dry white wine, Celery, Carrot, Tomato paste, Leek, Garlic, Porcini mushrooms, Saffron threads, Rosemary, Tarragon.
