A hearty ragout loaded with shitake mushrooms, porcini, Swiss brown, saffron and a touch of truffle oil. Serve with our parsnip puree for a heavenly vegan feast.

Ingredients
Field mushrooms, Vegetable stock, Carrot, Truffle oil, Tinned tomato, Pearl barley, Shitake mushrooms, Celery, Tomato paste, Leek, Garlic, Porcini mushrooms, Rosemary, Tarragon.
Preparation and storage notes
Heat for 5 min in a pan . serve with our Parsnip puree
