Chinese Otway Pork and Tofu with Bush Pepper
This is one of our most sought after pork dishes that occasionally makes an appearance on our menu. Finally it's back, Otway pork, silken tofu, native bush pepper, greens and love make this dish perfectly balanced and oh so more-ish - it's a total lick the bowl kind of dish.
