Lamb mince, Couscous (Wheat), Water, Greek yoghurt (Milk), Onion, Table salt, Parsley, Cumin, Coriander, Fresh coriander, Cracked Black Pepper

Preparation and storage notes

Keep refrigerated at 0–5 °C and use by the date shown.

Microwave (from chilled):
Place the container straight into the microwave and heat on high for 2–3 minutes (1000 W).
Stir or rotate halfway if needed.
Heat until piping hot all the way through and allow to stand for 1 minute before eating.

From frozen:
Defrost in the refrigerator overnight before heating.

Do not reheat more than once.
