House-made hummus, made beautifully smooth & digestible by soaking the chickpeas before cooking. Topped with cumin spiced olive oil accompanied by our Turkish bread, baked fresh daily. This product is made without gluten, but we cannot guarantee there won't be traces of gluten present.
