Corn and black bean soup (mild 🌶)

A filling and satisfying soup. Corn, black beans, herbs in a tomato based broth. Has a little jalapeño heat in it. Garnish with crispy tortilla strips, fresh avocado and radish if you want to make it a whole meal.

tomato tinned, black beans, Corn, green capsicum, onion, olive oil, lime, jalapeno, coriander, cumin, vegetable stock, garlic, cinnamon stick, smoked paprika, dried oregano, orange peel, vegetable oil, bay leaf

Preparation and storage notes

Serve with fried tortilla strips, sliced avocado and radish.
Keep refrigerated and use within 4-5 days. Can be frozen. Reheat on stovetop or in microwave
