Kerala Veg Stew with Grilled Pumpkin and Sweet Potato Medium (Serves 1) x 1

If you haven't tried Veg stew from Kerala you have missed something very special. The veg stew consists of beautiful seasonal vegetables cooked to perfection in a coconut based gravy topped with some beautiful garam masala.

Allergens - Cashew.

Ingredients

Coconut milk, Carrot, Sweet Potato, Pumpkin fresh, peas, Cashew, Indian spices, garam masala, curry Leaves.

Kerala Coconut rice Medium (Serves 1) x 1

Coconut rice is an aromatic basmati rice cooked with beautiful aromats, fresh coconut and spices. The secret is some fresh coconut oil.

Allergens - Milk, Cashew.

Ingredients

Basmati rice, coconut oil, Coconut, desiccated Coconut, Onion, urid lentil, Clarified Butter, Indian spices, Cashew, Bay leaf.

Kerala Rasam (clear tangy broth) Small (Serves 1) x 1

Rasam is my favourite thing to eat with rice. Each part of South India has different styles of rasam but its essentially a runny broth power packed with flavours. You can sip it like a soup or add it to rice, Your choice.

Allergens - Sulphites.

Ingredients

Water, Tamarind, Sunflower oil, Chilli, Salt, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Red lentils, Indian spices, Mustard Seeds, Turmeric, curry Leaves.

Eggplant and Mushroom Thokku Small (Serves 1) x 1

Thokku is a style of South Indian cooking which means cooking it to a point where it almost becomes a pickle. It's a very South Indian thing and vegetables are often cooked like this to intensify the flavour. This will go perfectly with the French style roasts and curries.
