Venn Pongal (South Indian risotto style rice and lentils ) with curd chilli
Pongal is a South Indian institution and is made from cooking rice and lentils together with spices and clarified butter in this case. Decadent and comfort food at its best this dish is a childhood favourite and popular in all over Tamil Nadu. I will be adding some curd chilli separately on the side, which is hot!
