Beef Chuck Steak, Water, Potato, Red wine, Onion, Carrots, Garlic, Balsamic glaze, Tomato paste, Self raising flour (GF), Parsley, Table salt, Beef booster, Sugar, Thyme, Pepper, Bay leaves.
Preparation and storage notes
Store in the fridge for upto 4 days. The stew can be frozen for up to 3 months. Before serving, defrost the stew in the refrigerator for 24 hours and then reheat on the stovetop over medium-low heat until hot.
