Our signature loaf! 100% organic freshly milled flour from Woodstock Flour in Lilliput. A combo of their rosella and spitfire wheats which are both older wheat varieties with incredible flavour and improved digestibility. The way bread should be!
Our sourdough fruit loaf is loaded with a mix of a variety of dried fruit, spices, orange and ginger. Dense and perfect to eat toasted and loaded with butter. Tin loaf. 100% organic ingredients.
