Loaded Hummus
Are you looking for a yummy gluten-free appetizer? Well, look no further because you will love this dish. Hummus dip is loaded with fresh tomato, cucumber, kalamata olives, and feta. Serve suggestion: Serve with GF pita bread or your favourite GF crackers. ENJOY!
Ingredients
Chickpeas, Tomato, Olives, Tahini, Cucumber, Feta, Water, Lemon juice, Garlic, Tabasco, Extra virgin olive oil, Parsley, Sea salt.
Preparation and storage notes
Keep refrigerated until required. Serve on a long plate. Spread a thick layer of dip down one side of the plate ( see photo on website), allowing room for the pita bread or crackers. Spread the topping over the dip. ENJOY!!
