Baked Brie with Fig Jam and Pecans
This mouth-watering appetizer combines the creamy richness of brie cheese with the sweet-tangy flavour of fig jam and the nuttiness of pecans. This dish is a must for any gathering! All you need to do, is pop it in the oven for 15 minutes and its ready to serve with sliced (toasted) bagette or crackers.

Brie, Pecans, Dried fig, Honey, Thyme.
Preparation and storage notes
Place the brie on a small oven dish. Use a dish you will serve it on so you don't need to handle hot, runny cheese. Cook in a moderate oven (180 Degrees C) for 15 minutes or until the cheese becomes soft and gooey when you touch it. Please allow 5 minutes to stand before serving to allow the cheese time to cool.
