Beef Rissoles & Mash with Red Currant, Onion Gravy
Comfort Food at its best. A slightly lighter version of the British pub dish, we make our own slow cooked onion gravy, sweetened with red currants and then side with seasonal vegetables and potato mash. Our beef is grass-fed and comes from Gippsland supplied to us by Quality Butchers in Inverloch. Delicious!
Ingredients
Milk, Onion, Garlic, Peas, Potato, Unsalted butter, Beef mince, Flour (GF), Seasonal vegetables, Red currant.
Preparation and storage notes
Store below 5 degrees. Heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes til piping hot. Or place contents in an oven dish, cover and heat in 170 degree oven for 15 minutes til piping hot.
