Creamy Beetroot Risotto and Crumbed Goats Feta

Vegetable stock, Arborio Rice, Unsalted butter, Parmesan, Goat's cheese, Beetroot, Celery, Feta, Baby spinach, Nutritional yeast, Oilve oil, Cream, Thyme, White wine - organic.
Preparation and storage notes
Store below 5 degrees. Remove lid to heat for 2-3 minutes in a microwave or in a pot with a few table spoons of water over medium heat, till piping hot.
