Moroccan Lamb Tagine
Chunky lamb shoulder gently simmered in a tomato based sauce exploding with Moroccan spices, organic veggies and butter beans. Topped with toasted flaked almonds and fresh coriander. The lamb is grass fed & finished from Cherry Tree Organics. Veggies from Natoora.

Lamb Shoulder (bone out) Organic Grass Fed, Butter Beans, Carrot Organic, Diced Tomatoes, San Elk Organic Vegetable Stock, Brown Onion Organic, Tomato Paste, Dried Apricot, Almonds Flaked, Pure Rice Bran Oil, Lemon, Ginger Root Organic, Garlic, Turmeric Powder, Ground Cumin, Sweet Paprika, Cinnamon Quill.
Preparation and storage notes
To reheat remove lid and place in oven at 180 for 20mins or microwave on high for 10mins. Ovens and microwaves vary. Please adjust cooking times when necessary. Once thawed consume within 5 days. Enjoy xx
