Hunt and Brew: The Perfect Brew, Every Time Like a Brazilian harpy eagle swooping in on its prey, we’re laser-focused on finding the perfect coffee bean. After hunting the globe, we found our prize in the Cerrado region of Brazil. Here, the soil, climate, and altitude come together to produce a clean, well-balanced coffee with nutty, citrus notes and a smooth caramel finish. Once we get our beans, we roast them locally to bring out their best profile, grind them to perfection, and brew them slow and steady. Triple filtered for pure flavor, we finish with fresh Aussie full cream milk — and that’s it. Nothing else needed. Why Cerrado? It’s the terroir.
