THAI TOFU NOODLE SALAD
I start by marinating organic tofu in white pepper, fish sauce & chilli & garlic then baking & add to rice noodles & crisp vegetable salad. Finished of with lots of fresh mint, coriander, crispy fried onions, roasted peanuts & kick ass kaffir lime, chilli, coriander & fish sauce dressing (on the side.)

Tofu, rice noodle, carrot raw, wombok raw, cucumber, peanut roasted, Fish Sauce, green bean raw, corn flour gluten free, shallot green raw, Chilli, bean sprouts, mint fresh, shallot fried, coriander fresh, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Kaffir lime leaf.
