THAI BEEF NOODLE SALAD
I start by marinating rump steak in white pepper, fish sauce, garlic & chilli before grilling then slice thinly & add rice noodles & crisp vegetables. Finished of with lots of fresh mint, coriander, crispy fried onions, peanuts & kick ass kaffir lime, chilli, coriander & fish sauce dressing (on the side.)
Ingredients
Beef, rice noodle, carrot raw, wombok raw, cucumber, peanut roasted, Fish Sauce, green bean raw, shallot green raw, Chilli, bean sprouts, mint fresh, shallot fried, coriander fresh, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Kaffir lime leaf.
Preparation and storage notes
Store in the fridge until ready to eat. Shake dressing well before tossing together.
