RICOTTA GNOCCHI IN CREAMY MUSHROOM SAUCE
My handmade ricotta gnocchi is full of protein & absolutely delicious. This is served in a roasted mushroom & creamy herb sauce & topped with shaved parmesan.
Ingredients
Cream, button mushroom, RICOTTA GNOCCHI (Ricotta cheese, free range egg, Flour, Parmesan cheese, Sea salt, Nutmeg, Pepper), White wine, extra virgin olive oil, Parmesan cheese, portobello mushroom, Garlic, Sea salt, Sage, porcini mushroom, oyster mushroom, shiitake mushroom, fresh parsley, Thyme, Pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Store in fridge for up to 4 days. Can be frozen. Remove lid & microwave for 2 minutes or until heated through.
