My handmade ricotta gnocchi is full of protein & absolutely delicious. This is served with my homemade napoli tomato sauce & topped with shaved parmesan.

Ingredients
NAPOLI SAUCE (Tomato passata, Tomato paste, Red wine, vinegar balsamic, fresh basil, chilli flakes, Sea salt, Pepper), RICOTTA GNOCCHI (Ricotta cheese, free range egg, Flour, Parmesan cheese, Sea salt, Nutmeg, Pepper), Parmesan cheese.
Preparation and storage notes
Store in fridge for up to 4 days. Can be frozen. Remove lid & microwave for 2 minutes or until heated through.
