THAI GREEN SNAPPER FISH CURRY
Fresh & zingy just how a curry should be. Tender fresh snapper fillet & seasonal vegetables in bold green curry paste packed with coriander, ginger, lime, green chilli & spices mellowed out with cream coconut cream.
Ingredients
Snapper, Coconut cream, Sweet potato, bean green raw, Spinach, green curry paste, Sugar, Lime juice, Fish Sauce, Chilli, Sea salt, Lemongrass, Coriander, Cumin, Vegetable oil, Garlic, Ginger, Pepper, Clove, Bay leaf, Kaffir lime leaf.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove lid & microwave for 2-3 minutes or until heated through. Add more time if frozen down. Serve with a side of steamed rice for a complete meal.
