Slow cooked oxtail in a thick, rich gravy. Usually served with Sadza (aka Ugali, Nshima or Pap), Rice or Potato Mash. For sadza, add sides such as Spinach & Peanut butter, or Spinach & Tomato, or to have with rice or potato mash, add a side salad or seasonal steamed veg.
