A version of a chilli con carne, made lighter using pulled chicken. You can serve this dish with a side of rice, but it also makes for the perfect centrepiece to a taco night.

Preparation and storage notes
Empty contents into a saucepan. Reheat gently over a medium-high heat until warmed through and bubbling.
