This is for all the lasagne lovers, meat eaters too! Layers of roast vegetable, our tomato sugo, béchamel & pasta w mozzarella in between! This one has been a favourite from the start! Will not dissapoint!

Ingredients
Milk, Pumpkin, Zucchini, Sweet potato, Cheddar, Tinned tomato, Lasagne pasta sheet, Flour, Mushrooms, Onion, Butter, Tomato paste, Parmesan, Parsley, Salt, Black pepper, Nutmeg, Garlic, Oregano, Thyme, Basil, Sugar, Bay leaves.
Preparation and storage notes
Cook in pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes until browned on top. Serve with side salad.
