Whole Roast Cauliflower w tahini yoghurt
Perfectly seasoned Organic AG large cauliflowers, that are roasted in a buttery garlic dressing until creamy on the inside with a toasted crust on the outer. Tahini Yogurt, soft herbs and jewels of pomegranate are paired with this to add for a completed meal once cauliflower has been heated through.
Ingredients
Tahini, Garlic, Salted butter, Red wine vinegar, Pomegranate, Extra virgin olive oil, Parsley, Cauliflower, Yoghurt, Balsamic, Thyme.
Preparation and storage notes
Reheat cauliflower in oven, covered with foil for approximately 40-45 minutes or until completely heated through. Remove from oven and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Add a large smear of tahini yogurt at the bottom of your chosen platter, and continue to cover in soft herbs, pomegranate and a splash of olive oil.
