Slow Roast Lamb Shoulder w salsa verde
8 hour slow roasted lamb shoulder, cooked in red wine, home made stock, garlic, whole shallots & all the herbs. Warm to serve & pair with our delicious salsa verde & slow roast organic tomatoes.
Ingredients
Garlic, Shallots, Capers, Lamb shoulder, White wine vinegar, Extra virgin olive oil, Parsley, Rosemary, Red wine, Thyme, Mint, Oregano, Cherry tomatoes.
Preparation and storage notes
Reheat in oven, covered with foil at 180 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until completely heated through. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 mins. Serve with the salsa verde, the vine tomatoes on top & enjoy.
