Sweet Potato Gratin
Gratin with all the best twists. Fried garlic & bacon, fresh thyme, dashing of white wine, creamy buttery layers through sweet potato & some fresh spinach folded through. Just bake & add as the perfect side for Christmas day!
Ingredients
Shallots, Cream, Sweet potato, Cheddar, Parmesan, Unsalted butter, Garlic, Thyme, Bacon, White wine, Baby spinach.
Preparation and storage notes
Cook in oven, covered with foil at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes or until completely cooked through. Remove foil and bake until cheesy top becomes golden brown. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 mins. Serve and enjoy.
