Braised Beef Stew (Bo Kho)
This dish is a hearty and aromatic dish that is full of rich flabours and spices. Fall-apart braised chucks of beef loaded with herbs, carrots and onion. The result is a warm and comforting dish that is perfect for a cold day. Just need to add rice, noodle or bread roll to complete your meal!
Ingredients
Beef Chuck Steak, Chicken broth, Onion, Carrots, Tomato paste, Beef Stew seasoning, Lemongrass Fresh, Vegetable frying oil, Salt, Garlic, Hoi sin sauce, Soy sauce (GF), Bay leaves.
Preparation and storage notes
INSTRUCTIONS: Reheat in microwave for 3 minutes or until heated through. On stovetop bring to simmer for 5 minutes.
